Our professionally-trained emergency operators are on the line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They typically respond to a call in under a minute. During each emergency alert, you can tell the operator to call friends, family, neighbors, and if needed, your local 911 emergency services. The ability to create a custom call list allows you to easily get the right kind of help for the situation. If needed, our emergency operators will have your basic medical history and allergies on file to assist emergency services.
The One Call Alert base station's built-in, high-output speaker and ultra-sensitive microphone allow for clear communication during an emergency. With that in mind, we built our system to be travel friendly so you can be protected wherever you go. Just give us a call and let us know where you're going and what the new phone number will be. Then, unplug the system from your home and reinstall it when you arrive at your destination.
In the event of a power outage, the One Call Alert system will continue to run for up to 32 hours. The backup battery will automatically recharge itself once power is reinstated in the home.

Our Personal Help Buttons were created to be lightweight for comfort and ease of use throughout the day. The Personal Help Button is designed to provide flexibility for how it is worn. Your kit includes an interchangeable wristband and necklace piece so you may wear the button how it best suits you. When the Personal Help Button is pushed the Help button is activated from the base unit, generating a call to our emergency operators.
Our Personal Help Buttons are waterproof so they can be worn while bathing or in the shower. 80% of falls happen in the bathroom, it’s important to know that you are protected.
The One Call Alert System provides coverage for about the length of two football fields or 600ft. This wide range will typically cover the entire living area and both the front and backyard. We recommend testing the system in multiple areas throughout your home just for the peace of mind in knowing that you are fully protected.
Our Personal Help Buttons are designed to continually work for 5 years without recharging. If the battery does start running low, the Personal Help Button automatically sends a signal to our Customer Care department alerting us to the issue. As a service to each of our customers, we provide brand new, replacement batteries at no charge.
